1) In a mixing bowl combine burger, 1/3 cup ketchup, oatmeal, egg, onion, salt & pepper. Using your hands, blend well. Lightly pack meat loaf into 8 inch skllet so it touches edges.
2) Mix 1/4 cup ketcup, brown sugar, and dry mustard; spread over top of meat loaf. Cover pan and cook on MEDIUM until vapor begins to escape through lid (about 20 minutes). Turn heat to LOW and bake an additional 10 minutes.
Hint: Do not overwork the meat or it will produce a meat loaf that is too tightly packed.
