Turkey Au Mil

Ingredients
1/4 cup Butter1/4 cup Flour2 cups Milk8 slices American Cheese3 oz White Wine2 cups Broccoli, cooked and chopped (frozen works well)12 oz leftover Turkey, diced
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 1.5 quart casserole dish with non-stick spray. Layer broccoli and turkey in dish. Make a roux with the flour and butter. Slowly add milk, whisking until smooth. Add wine. Add cheese, one slice at a time, stirring until melted. Pour into dish. Bake, uncovered, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve over hot rice (not included in recipe and calorie totals).
