Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
4 Tbs. butter1 C brown sugar3 C rolled oats1 C soy milk2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. salt3 Tbs. flax seed meal (mixed w/3 Tbs. water)1/4 tsp. cinnamon1/4 C raisins1/4 C waltnuts
Directions
Melt butter in pot, add brown sugar & mix together. Add remaining ingredients then pour into a baking dish. Bake at 350 for approx 20-25 minutes.

Makes approx. 8 - 1/2 cup servings
