Chicken, Pasta w/ Roasted Red Peppers

Ingredients
1 Tbs olive oil1 lb chicken breast cubed3 garlic clovessalt and pepper1 lb broccolii florets2 2/3 C pasta dry6 oz roasted red peppersgenerous 1 C of chicken boullionred pepper flakes to tastesalt and pepper
Directions
Makes 4 servings.
Steam broccoli. Cook pasta. Cook chicken breast in oven for 30 min at 350.

Cube up chicken. Chop up peppers. Heat olive oil in large pan. Add minced garlic and cook just until it changes color - 1-2 min. Add chicken, pasta, broccoli and peppers. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken boullion and simmer until most of the liquid has been absorbed.
I add red pepper flakes to my portion for added spice - but not to the kids.
