Chinese Ginger Beef & Snow Peas

Ingredients
Ingredients:Sesame Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)Beef, top sirloin, 16 oz (remove)Ginger Root, 3 tsp (remove)Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)*Snow Peas, fresh, 2 cup (remove)Scallions, raw, 3 small (3" long) (remove)*Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)Pepper, red or cayenne, .50 tsp (remove)
Directions
Heat a nonstick skillet until a drop of water sizzles in the pan. Add the oil & swirl it to coat the bottom. Add the steak & stir fry until lightly browned. Remove from pan & put on a plate. Add the ginger & garlic & fry til' fragrant(about 30 seconds). Add the snow peas & scallions & stir fry until softened, approximately 2-3 minutes. Return the steak to the pan with the soy sauce & red peppers. Stir fry until the steak is cooked through, just a couple of minutes longer.
