Sesame Kale salad with tofu

* Sesame Oil, 1 T * Lime juice, about 1 t * Cabbage, red, fresh, 0.50 cup, shredded * Carrots, raw, 0.50 cup, grated * Red peppers, .5 cup, cut into thin strips * Garlic, 1 tsp * Ginger Root, 1 tsp grated * Kale, 6 cup, chopped * Hemp seeds, hulled 2 tbsp * Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 2 tbsp * Tofu, extra firm, 1 block * Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 4 tbsp
Combine garlic, ginger, sesame seeds, rice vinegar, lime juice and soy sauce.
Pour 1/2 of the dressing over the tofu in a bag or bowl and marinade overnight.
Drain tofu and fry lightly till a little browned.
Let cool and cube.
Combine vegetables, tofu and reserved dressing. Let stand 20-30 minutes, serve cold or lightly warmed.
