Ingredients
2 packages sliced mushrooms2 cloves minced garlic1 large onion chopped (1.5-2 cups)1.5 tbsp olice oil1 tbsp white wine
Directions
makes 8 1/2 cup servings

heat olive oil
saute onions until golden
add garlic and saute briefly then add mushrooms
saute a few more minutes, then add white wine
cook down until most liquid is absorbed
