Ingredients
Eggplant cutlets, dominex 16 ozTomato and Basil Spaghetti Sauce 24 oz jar*Sargento Reduced Fat Cheese, 1.5 cupPasta, cooked, 10 oz
Directions
Layer sauce, eggplant cutlets, cheese in 2-3 layers in a 8x8 baking pan. Cover in foil, cook for 35 min at 375F.

Serve over pasta cooked and tossed with 1 TBSP olive oil .
