Directions
- Boil 1.7 liters of water (a standard 1500w electric teakettle's volume)

- Dump warming water out of carafe
- Add 6 cinnamon sticks (3-inches long each)
- Add about 6-8 whole cloves
- Add 3 Numi Dry Desert Lime teabags (yank off the tags and drop the whole bag in, string and all)
- If you have any whole orange or tangerine peels, you can add them too. I have some dried orange peels my dad gave me once when I visited him in CA about 10 years ago and I sometimes add those. This is so good that I'm starting to save MY orange peels, too. (Don't tell HAVASUROSE I'm turning into our dad, OK? lol)

- Steep for an hour
- Shake to stir up the flavors that have settled
