Gluten Free Pantry Pizza Mix prepared (1 serv=1 oz)

Ingredients
1 22 oz box Gluten-free Pantry French Bread & Pizza mix1 3/4 c warm water1 tsp cider vinegar1 Tbs sugar1/2 tsp salt1/3 c vegetable or olive oil2 eggs plus 1 egg white
Directions
Add mix and included yeast packet to bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix with heavy duty mixer for 2 minutes. Split into 5 or 6 portions and press down with wet hands on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Add toppings. Bake 5 more minutes at 450 degrees.

I calculated this out to be one ounce per serving. Then I weighed the small personal size pizza I made. So tonight I had a 5.5 oz pizza so I entered this in as 5.5 servings. Of course, this calculation does NOT include your toppings.
