Ingredients
Directions
1. 1 Box of Great Value brand (or Jello, Kroger, Publix, etc.) Sugar Free French Vanilla pudding mix (any flavor will work and calories usually match between flavors). The box has 4 servings (regular size box, not the extra large 6 serving kind)2. 2 cups of Fat Free Skim Milk3. 2 rounded scoops OR approx. 80g of protein powder: brand in nutrional info: Labrada Pro V60- Vanilla Ice Cream flavor(This protein is AMAZING in taste and in content-- and I have tried dozens of brands. So buy it if you haven't yet!)
1. In the tupperware you plan to store this pudding in (fewer dishes to wash!) (make sure it will hold at least 2 cups of liquid) whisk briskly the milk and protein powder until completely combined.
2. Add pudding powder into tupperware and briskly whisk until combined (a good 1-2 minutes). Add top and shake it up some more, then:
3. Chill in fridge about five minutes to set, longer if eating later.
4. Optional: For "ice cream" -- freeze after the initial fridge 5minute set. Defrost it on countertop for at least 15min before consuming as ice cream.
Fun toppings are mini chocolate chips, light Cool Whip, or frozen fruit!
Tip: Divide the four servings out beforehand-- you might be tempted to eat most of the pudding in the tupperware. If you freeze it, cutting the frozen block four ways is easy.
