Baked Ziti with Italian Turkey Sausage

1 16oz. box of ziti pasta1 package Italian turkey sausage2 jars of spaghetti sauce4 cups 2% milk mozzarella cheese15 oz. container of reduced fat ricotta cheese
1. Cook ziti per box instructions. Drain.
2. Cook sausage and cut into small pieces. Drain fat.
3. Combine ziti with spaghetti sauce, sausage, 2 cups of cheese, and garlic powder (optional to taste).
4. Spread half the mixture on the bottom of a 13x9 pan.
5. Spread ricotta cheese over ziti mixture.
6. Spread remaining mixture on top of ricotta.
7. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top
8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
9. Uncover and bake an additional 25-30 minutes
