Peanut Butter Protein Shake

Ingredients
Milk 1 cup - Any kind (I used 1%)Peanut Butter 1 tbsp - Any kind (I used Jiff Reduced Fat)Whey Protein Powder 1 scoop or 33grams - ( I used vanilla)Ice -(optional just for taste)
Directions
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend! It is that simple! It also tastes great! Also if you use any other brands than the ones I have listed your nutrition info will change slightly especially with the peanut butter. This recipe makes one serving. It is a little big for a snack so it should really only be used as a meal replacement. I use it mainly for a quick breakfast.
