BREAKFAST FAJITA FOR ONE

Ingredients
1 small totlla1 tbsp. salsa 1 serving of low fat Mexican blend cheese2 large egg whitescooking spray
Directions
spray small pan or griddle with cooking spray (I use butter flavor for this) Brown tortilla on both sides. Remove from pan/set aside. Scramble egg whites with cheese. move to side & put tortillaback in pan. Place eggs over tortilla then add salsa. Fold over onto it self to resemble taco. Press down to brown then flip & do the same.
