Chipotle Black bean dip with Lime tortilla chips

Ingredients
Lime tortilla chips1/2 t. grated lime peeldash salt2 T lime juice2 t. olive or canola2 t. honey4 tortillasDip2 lg dried chipotle peppers1 C. salsa1/2 C. jalapeno black bean dip2 T. chopped cilantro1 C. shredded colby jack cheese2 green onions choppedadditional seasonings as desired. I love cumin or cayenne added in, maybe some chopped jalapenos
Directions
Make tortilla chips first by mixing all except tortillas. Brush mixture on each side of tortillas and cut each into 12 wedges. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray and bake in preheated 350 oven for 8-10 min or till crisp. Store in airtight container.

Dip
Cover chilies with boiling water and let stand 10 min. Drain and remove seeds, chop chilies
Mix chilies, salsa, and bean dip, stir in cilantro. Spoon into shallow 1 qt baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake about 15 min or until hot and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onions and serve with lime tortilla chips
