Ingredients
1) 2 slices of reduce-calorie wheat bread2) 1 leaf of Iceberg lettuce3) 1 medium slice of onion4) 1 oz of mozzarella cheese, part skim milek 5) 1 slice of turkey meat6) 1 tsp or 1 package of mustard
Directions
I will load a pic as soon as I'm done making this...It's your basic sandwich:

1) place bread on plate and place mustard on bread
2)layer the cheese, vegtables, and meat on the bread.
3)place the two peaces of bread together and enjoy.
