Ingredients
1 lb beef chuck roast, 6 cups water, 1 cup parsley, 1 cup celery, 3 cups carrots, 1 can progresso french onion soup, 3 potatoes, 1 bag mixed vegetables, can of diced tomatoes
Directions
boil beef in water, skim as it boils, about 20 minutes, Add parsley, celery, tomatoes, and carrots, boil for 1 hour. Add onion soup, potatoes, and mixed vegetables. Boil for 45 minutes.
Makes 10 servings.
