French Dip Roast

Ingredients
3 lb. arm roast2 pkg. au jus gravy mix2 c. waterdash pepper1 large onion quartered
Directions
Place quartered onion in bottom of crock pot. Place roast on top of onion. Mix au jus, water and pepper and pour over roast. Cook on low 10 hours. Then shred meat for sandwiches and use au jus for dipping. 10 servings.
