11/2 cups whole wheat flour11/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1/8 tsp salt2 lightly beaten egg whites1 cup mashed ripe banana(about 2-3 medium)3/4 cup splenda3 tbsp cooking oil
in large mixing bowl stir together te flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In medium bowl stir together the eggs, banana, sugar, and oil. Add to flour mix stirring just until combined. Pour batter into nonstick 8x4x2 in loaf pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 mins or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. makes about 16 servings
