1lb Beef round, sliced about 1/4" thick7oz Shrimp, more or less to your preference1 cup/1can Bamboo shoots2 cups carrot sticks2 cups celery sticks2 portabella tops, sliced1 cup shiitake mushrooms1 can water chestnut1 package curry sauce mix2 can (13.5fl oz each) coconut milk
Heat the vegetables in a pot. Add meat(s) and cook through. Once everything is cooked, add in the coconut milk and curry, and let it heat through and simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Serve over rice.
