Purdue U. Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
Beef, top sirloin, 32 ozBeef, Hamburger Ground Chuck 32 oz.Canola Oil, 2 tbspOnions, raw, 2 cup, choppedGarlic, 4 clovesFlour (Pillsbury Best Bread Flour), 2 TblPepper, black, 1 tsp Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, piecesCream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)Pimentos, Red, 2 ozSour Cream, reduced fat, 4 cups
Directions
Brown beef strips and ground beef in oil.
Add onions to meat and brown slightly.
Add rest of ingredients except pimento and sour cream.
Cook slowly one hour or until meat is tender.
Stir in pimento and sour cream just before serving.
Serve over brown rice. (nutrition not included here)
