Ingredients
500g Gluten-free spiral noodles (~1000g when cooked)220g Diced cucumber80g Finely diced Onions60g Grated fresh Parmesan Cheese20g Rape-seed Oil115g White Balsamic Vinegar520g Steamed SalmonUse garlic powder, dill, thyme, rosemary, oregano,salt and pepper to taste. ( or season to your liking)
Directions
Cook noodles, steam salmon. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
