Potato soup

Ingredients
8 cups diced potato0.5 cup diced onion1-2 stalks celery1 cup 1%milk1 cup fat ree half and half
Directions
dice onion and celery and put in 4 qt pan. cover vegetables with water and simmer while dicing potatoes. Add potatoes and just cover with water. Bring to boil and simmer until potatoes are cooked and water is slightly thickening. Add half and half and milk, salt and pepper (to taste). Bring back to a boil and serve. May add low fat cheddar cheese to each serving. (not figured in nutritional values). Makes 6 servings.
