Shoe Peg Corn Salad

Ingredients
3 -11 oz. cans white shoepeg corn, drained1/2 cup sugar (Splenda may be substituted)2 oz. jar chopped pimentos, drained1/2 cup vinegar1/2 cup chopped green pepper1 tsp. salt1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 tsp. black pepper2 stalks celery, chopped
Directions
Mix ingredients together and chill over night, if possible. Drain and serve.
