Chicken Pasta Pesto

Ingredients
Pesto Sauce: 1 c packed fresh basil leaves 2 cloves garlic ½ tsp salt 2 tbsp pine nuts ¼ c olive oil ¼ c fresh grated Parmesan cheese For Chicken Prep : 4 chicken breast (cut into slices) 1 tbsp olive oil 2 cloves of diced garlic 1 bag of spiral pasta or penne pasta
Directions
Preparation: In a food processor or blender, add garlic, salt, basil and nuts Process until smooth, scraping the sides often. With the blade running, add the olive oil in a slow steady stream. Process until smooth. Then mix in the Parmesan and transfer to large bowl. In saucepan or stir fry pan, heat olive oil for chicken and garlic. Add chicken and garlic, stirring occasionally to keep chicken from sticking. Cook until done (about 15 minutes.). While chicken is cooking, bring water to boil for pasta. Add pasta and cook until done. Drain pasta. Add chicken and pesto to pot with pasta in it. Stir well. Sprinkle on some additional Parmesan cheese and serve.
