Healthy Lean Beef Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb 96% Lean Ground Beef1/2 C finely diced onion1/4 C Panko Bread Crumbs2 Tbsp Egg Beaters1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 tsp Dried Basil1 tsp Onion Powder1 tsp Oregano1 clove Crushed Garlic
Directions
Combine all ingredients (except olive oil) in a bowl, mix well (but dont over mix.)

Roll into meatball size of your choice.

Brown all sides in a sautee pan in olive oil, if you make small meatballs you can finish them off in the pan. If they are larger, you can finish them off in a 350 degree oven.

Makes 4 large servings.
