Lite and Creamy Salmon Pasta

Ingredients
1 shallot, sliced1 clove garlic, minced2 oz fat-free herb and garlic cream cheese1 can (120g drained) salmon8 oz House Foods tofu shirataki noodles, drained and rinsed1 tsp Galaxy Foods Rice ParmesanPepper to taste
Directions
In a non-stick pan over medium heat, saute shallot in a small amount of cooking spray or water.
Reduce heat to medium-low and add garlic and cheese, stirring.
Add the salmon and noodles, stirring to coat with the sauce.
Remove to a bowl, top with rice parmesan and pepper.
