Figure Friendly Fried Ice Cream

Ingredients
6 Round Won Ton Wraps (I used NASOYA® Brand)1 Lg Egg White, beaten w/ just a touch of water1 Tsp Granulated Sugar¼ Tsp Ground Cinnamon6 Scoops Vanilla Frozen Yogurt (½ cup serving each, I used Edy’s®/Dreyer’s Brand)1 ½ cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal, crushed in small pieces (not ground)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Set out Frozen Yogurt to thaw slightly while completing other steps. Mix sugar and Cinnamon and set aside. Lay out each won ton wrapper and brush lightly with egg wash. Lightly sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over each wrapper reserving enough to repeat on other side. Press each wrapper into a non-stick or Teflon® coated standard sized muffin pan. Bake until tips or edges are golden (about 5 – 6 minutes – watch closely). Place 1 scoop of frozen yogurt into warm won ton cups and sprinkle crushed cereal equally over each serving. Serve and Enjoy!
