Deliiiiicious traditional Mexican Cake :) super easy to make. Deliiiiicious traditional Mexican Cake :) super easy to make.

Ingredients

    400g Sweetened Condensed Milk (Low fat)
    350g Corn Kernels
    90g Butter, unsalted
    4 Eggs
    2 tsp Baking Powder

Directions

Just mix everything in the blender. Bake at 200C (390F) for around 25 minutes :D

    very good ! I only found non sweetened condensed milk so I added some sweetener . I used a gas oven so I wasn't sure about the temperature and mine was a little softer than in the pic, next time I'll make the fire bigger but it was super yummy anyway. I'll definitely make it again :D - 9/24/13
