Ingredients
2 bananas10 strawberries1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries2 scoops of strawberry whey protein powder1/2 cup of dole orange peach mango juice1/2 cup organic skim milk
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
Blend with a hand blender
Separate into 4 cups and refrigerate or freeze until ready to drink!
