Ingredients
3 Cups fresh broccoli florets3/4 Cup raw celery, diced1/4 Cup raw onions, chopped1/3 Cup cheddar cheese, shredded1/4 Cup fat-free mayonnaise1/4 Cup reduced fat sour cream1/2 Tsp salt1/8 Tsp pepper
Directions
Combine first four ingredients.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over salad just before serving.
Makes 6 1 cup servings.
