Turkey Swiss Roll-up

Ingredients
2 Romaine or Bibb Lettuce Leaf 3 Oz. Turkey Breast (sliced or shaved)1 Oz. Swiss Cheese (sliced)1 Tbsp. regular Mayo2 Tbsp. Red Chopped OnionBlack Pepper
Directions
Rinse and pat dry lettuce leaf, cut off stem, spread 1/2 tbsp. mayo on each leaf, spread red onions over mayo with black pepper, add 1.5 oz. turkey breast each leaf, add swiss cheese on each leaf, roll up lettuce length wise tucking in lettuce.
