Ingredients
2 c Yellow cornmeal1 c All purpose flour4 tsp Baking Powder4 Eggs1/4 c Canola oil1 1/2 c Milk (2%)1 c sugar
Directions
makes approximately 12 pieces about 3.25 inches each. Mix all dry ingredients then add all wet ingredients. Heat oven to 350. Grease pan 9x13 and stick it in the oven for a few minutes to heat it. Pour batter and bake for 35-40 minutes.
