Dill-Lemon Chicken Slow Cooker

Ingredients
1 cup fat-free sour cream1 Tbs fresh dill, minced1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning1 tsp lemon zest1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions
1) Combine sour cream, dill, lemon pepper, and lemon zest in a small bowl. Spoon 1/4 of the sour cream mixture into the bottom of the slow cooker.
2) Arrange chicken breasts on top in a single layer.
3) Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Spread evenly.
4) Cover. Cook on low 3-4 hours or until juices run clear.
