* Pasta, cooked, 10 oz (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove) * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove) * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove) * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove) * Italian Salad Dressing, diet, .75 cup (remove)
# In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.
# In a large bowl, combine the pasta, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes and mushrooms. Pour enough dressing over to coat; toss and refrigerate until chilled
