Jenn's Banana Peanut Butter Chocolate-chip Muffins

Ingredients
1/4 cup liquid egg substitute1 cup packed brown sugar1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup mashed banana1/2 cup smooth peanut butter1/2 cup of applesauce or jar of pureed fruit baby food2 cups flour1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt3 tbsp chippits
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix dry ingredients thoroughly.

Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl and then add the dry ingredients bit by bit until just blended.

Add batter to muffin cups or sprayed muffin tin and bake for 30 minutes.
