Ingredients
2 slices Healthy Life 35 Calorie Whole Wheat Bread (1 serving)1 can Tuna canned in water2 tbsp Light Mayo1 tsp Yellow Mustard0.5 tsp Garlic Powder0.5 tsp Black Pepper0.5 cup Fresh Spinach2 American Cheese slices
Directions
Toast the bread lightly. Meanwhile, mix the tuna, mayo, mustard, pepper, garlic, and spinach in a bowl. Split the tuna mixture between the two toasted bread slices. Broil for a minute or two until tuna is warm. Add a cheese slice to each half. Broil until cheese is bubbly.

Calculated as 1 serving for a hefty lunch or dinner. Can easily have just one slice with a salad on the side to lower calorie count.

You may adjust/add seasonings; I like a lot of black pepper and garlic with my tuna.
