1 cup fat free sour cream1/2 - 12 oz. tub Cool Whip Free1 small package Jello sugar free- fat free white chocolate pudding1 1/2 cup pineapple juice
Mix pineapple juice and pudding mix together. Stir in sour cream and Cool Whip. Refrigerate. Makes 8 generous servings.
