Mashed Cauliflower

1/4 cup water1/2 head cauliflower, or 1 sm head2 Tbsp flax oil1 Tbsp miso (preferrably white)2 tsp black pepper
First, soak cauliflower chunks in hot water. Drain, add 1/4 cup water, and puree in food processor while adding remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately with mushroom gravy. Makes about 3-4 servings.
