Ingredients
Directions
1/4 cup soy sauce4 tbsp honey2 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp splenda brown sugar4 four-ounce boneless center-cut pork chops
Combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and brown sugar. Place the chops in a shallow baking dish. Pour the sweet and tangy mixture over the chops. Marinate for about 2 hours. Any more than that and the soy sauce, instead of tenderizing the meat, will start to break it down. Bake for about 30 minutes in a 360 degree oven. Makes four servings. Pair with some broccoli and some whole grain rice that you've boiled and then tossed in a frying pan with some finely chopped onions, garlic and a little salt.
