Ingredients
2 cloves garlic chopped1 inch root ginger chopped1 onion chopped3-4 celery stalks chopped1 1/2 green pepeprs chopped1/2 red pepper chopped80g sugar snap peas140g sweetcorn250g prawns1/2 tin cococnut milk1 small green chilli deseeded and chopped2 crushed cardamon pods
Directions
heat oil in pan
chop all vegtables and garlic and ginger
cook vegetable together until softening
add coconut milk and curry paste and cook for about 10 mins
add prawns and cook until firm and pink
