Tex-Mex Rice and Bean Casserole

1 cup brown rice1 can diced green chili peppers15 oz canned pinto beans, rinsed and drained1 can yellow corn1 cup shredded reduced fat Mexican cheese1 cup reduced fat sour cream1/4 tsp chili powder1/4 tsp table salt1/8 tsp black pepper2 Tbsp chopped green onion
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine corn, chilies,beans, rice, 3/4 cup of cheese, sour cream, chili powder, salt and pepper, stir in green onions.
Place mixture in baking dish place remaining cheese on top and bake for 30 mins. let stand for 5 mins before serving.
