Zucchini Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
2 Medium Zucchini15 olives1 tsp garlic1/2 cup of fresh salsa3/4 cup sundried tomatoes1 cup spinach1/4 cup olive oil1/2 tsp Rosemary1/2 tspBasil 1 tspSalt1/2 tsp Pepper1/2 tsp Sugar1 1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
Heat Olive oil and garlic in pan
Add Zucchini, olives and greens. Saute until soft
Add sundried tomatoes, salsa and spices to taste
Put in a blender and puree until thoroughly mixed, but not saucy.
Put puree mix back in pan and let it heat up again.
Test the flavor, add Olive oil or spices as needed.
Serve with fettucini pasta and romano cheese.
