1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats, DRY1 teasp. Grnd. Cinnamon4 Tablsp.DRY Skim Milk4 teasp. Splenda BROWN4 teasp. Splenda WHITE1 Tablsp. Wheat Germ1Tablsp. Raisins1 Tablsp Craisins2 teasp. Pine Nuts2 teasp. Sunflower seeds
in Large bowl, mix first 6 ingredients well. Add Raisins and Craisins and mix again to coat Fruit. Add Nuts and Mix again.
To Store, put into a container with a tight fitting Lid, and Label the container, WITH directions as to How to serve.
TO SERVE
Measure 3/4 cup mix into a bowl, pour just enough boiling water over to barely cover, put a saucer or small plate over and let it "STEEP" for 4 or 5 minutes, then Stir and ENJOY!!
You can add 1/2 an Apple, diced up, AFTER steeping, it's Really good that way too
This recipe makes 3 to 4 servings at 3/4 cup each
