Meatless Loaf

Ingredients
12 OZ. pkg Morning Star Crumbles1 cup cooked Quinoa (or brown rice)1/2 cup chive and cheese egg beaters (or 2 egg whites)1/4 cup finely chopped onions1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes1/2 teaspoon ground sage1/2 teaspoon dried oregano1/4 teaspoon dried thyme1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/8 teaspoon pepperSalt to tasteSauce:1 6-ounce can tomato paste1/2 teaspoon dried oregano1/8 teaspoon garlic powderWater as needed
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Lightly oil a 4 X 8 -inch loaf pan or spray with cooking spray.
Mix all loaf ingredients in a bowl, mixing well.

Place mixture in prepared pan. Press in firmly with the back of a spoon. Bake 45 minutes

While loaf is baking, combine sauce ingredients and heat in a small saucepan. Invert loaf onto a serving plate. serve with sauce.
