Baked Ziti

Ingredients
6 c (16 oz) uncooked ziti3.5 c (32 oz) spaghetti sauce2 c (16 oz) part-skim ricotta cheese2 c (8 oz) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese0.25 c chopped fresh parsley1 egg, slightly beaten1 tsp oregano0.5 tsp garlic powder0.25 tsp pepper1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

Cook ziti according to the package directions. Drain.

In large bowl combine cooked ziti, 1.5 cup spaghetti sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, egg, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper.

In 3 quart casserole pan pour 0.5 cup spaghetti sauce. Spread ziti mixture evenly over sauce. Top with remaining 1.5 cup sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake covered 375*F for 30-35 minutes.
