Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients
1 medium banana1 cup frozen strawberries2 medium kiwis1 cup skim milk
Directions
To prepare: measure out one cup of skim milk and one cup of frozen strawberries (fresh will work)

Cut one medium banana into slices, and then remove skin from kiwi. Slice up the kiwi.

Pour milk into blender and then add all fruit. Blend until smooth.
