Pan Sandwich

Ingredients
2 cans low fat crescent rolls4 oz. genoa salami4 oz. sandwich pepperoni4 oz. ham4 oz. reduced fat swiss cheese, sliced4 oz. reduced fat provolone cheese, sliced3 eggs3T grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Open 1 can of rolls and lay out into bottom of 9x13 pan. Press seams together so you have a solid "crust." Layer meats and cheeses on top of crust. Beat 2 eggs and 2 T parmesan cheese and pour over meat mixture. Top with second can of rolls. Beat 1 egg and 1 T parmesan cheese and brush on top crust. Cover pan with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.

Cut into 8 pieces for main dish or smaller for appetizer size portions.
