Fried Cabbage

Ingredients
2 cups chopped fresh cabbage2 slices baconsalt and pepper, to taste**Optional - I have also made this with sausage links with similar good results
Directions
Fry bacon in a skillet until crisp. Remove bacon and pour out excess grease, leaving just enough in the pan so it is well coadted. Pour cabbage into pan and "fry" in the greased skillet. cook until tender. add crumbled bacon back to pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
