Maren's Crock Pot Pork Roast

Ingredients
1 Pork Shoulder Roast (3.5) lbs.2 Cups Water1 Lipton Vegetable Soup Envelope1 Lare Yellow Onion, Quartered
Directions
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 12 inch skillet until shimmering. Meanwhile, dry pork with paper towels and season with salt and pepper. Sear Pork Roast on a hot skillet until brown on all sides.

Add all of the ingredients to the crock pot.

Cook on Low 6 hours or on High for 4 hours.
